| A few people have mentioned to me that squid can be fished in Long Island Sound. My harbor is Cos Cob. I am wondering if any of you have an informed opinion on the subject, best month and times to fish for it as well as any nearby areas to Cos Cob/ Greenwich that could be productive. |

| South of Fishers, Sugar Reef, Watch Hill Reef, etc., starting in May. The early migratory stripers are usually following in the squid. Find squid and the stripers will follow. Reports in RI are good. Need to talk to my friend in Stonington to see if they have shown up in the Watch Hill area. I've also found them right up along the beaches from Harkness down to Jordan Cove by early mid/late May. |
