Sorry guys, haven`t been out much this summer. Sold my boat, and one thing after another, you know. But was out early this week over at Moodus Res. and was able to catch about 12-14 bass. Didn`t set the world on fire, but some fish all the same. I`ll try and do better on keeping up the reports untill deer season starts.

Don't stand too close to me when I say this, but some times there are things more important than fishing . . . . . . . . no lightning bolt and thunder yet! Like today is my Grandson's 9th B-Day party. I suggested taking him fishing this morning and was told, no, he needs to be home on his birthday!

Have to agree with you, sometimes there just seems to be other things to do. That does actually suck guys, but hopefully it works to our advantages. Gonna try to not do house crap on Saturday to finally hit some Ct waters instead getting the house ready to move in.

Good luck and stay safe with the weather
