| started the day at lantern hill pond, the first time i have been there. i have looked at it many times but the shore is so weed filled i knew that i would need a cannoe. I got zero there, on worms for bass or spinners and spoons for anything else. What a bust. We quit early and moved down to longpond. I had an ok day 6 fish bass and one pickeral, about 18". The big fish of the day got away, tangled up in a downed tree, go a very good look, about a 2lber i would say, but i wish i would have gotten it in the boat. Dam!!! Dad is giving me greef about the "one that got away" |
