You did prepare it like in that video... very nice, I don't think most kids today would be to crazy about any fish meal.
I never bothered cutting out the "Blood lines" I'm not sure that's what they are myself, we do bleed the fish before they go in the cooler, it is very noticeable if you don't, the meat would be dark pink

Yes, I prepped it like the video, but the clams to a long time to open and the sauce got a little thicker..but it made for a tastier sauce.
The bloodlines have the fishy taste to them, so for my son he can't complain about the "fish taste."
