Fishing has been the same as it has been for the last few years since opening day on April 16th. We have not had a slow day yet with easy limits of cod by early morning and then off to chase slammer pollack or set up on some muddy bottom for bull haddock.
700 plus pounds of fish each day has been the normal so far and more and more fish are showing up every day. Yesterday the cod were so thick it was all double and triple headers along with 15 pound pollack in the mix.
April is full but we do have some days open in May.
