Fished the Hockanum River TMA from 4-6pm yesterday.Didn't really plan on going but it was just too nice of a day not too.Took one rod and a hand full of lures, ended up having alot of fun.The water level was suprisingly manageable and it was running clear.Got one tiny Brown Trout and 5 nice Rainbows.Lost another Rainbow when he jumped and threw the hooks.Spooked a couple of trout walking the banks in my white t-shirt,also had a couple of follows but when they saw me,they split.I'm not a trout-guy by any stretch of the imagination, learned that stalking the banks of a shallow stream in a white t-shirt is not the best approach but I still did decent I think. The best one probably went 14 or 15 inches. All were released.
