Just wondering where everyone was thinking of fishing on opening day?

I'm torn between the Farmington or Salmon. Sure there's less than a poles length between each angler, but thats what opening day is all about.

I have been hitting gardner for last couple years. Plenty of parking and not to crazy out there.
Ramp is under construction. who knows if it will be done by opening day

I love Gardner! I'm a bit of a 'want my space' guy tho so I'll be out in front of the Mohegan sun on the Thames until it quiets down a bit. Can't wait to get back to Gardner tho, lots of Bass last year! More than a few pickerel too, but thats ok!

Day pond in Colchester is Great!! I fish Largemouth most of the time. But go to Day pond mid season for trout when the rush has gone through. Idea
