Nice pick.I fished there today for a few hours this mornig.Managed one pick like that on a red spinner bait and that wast that.The guys were crushing the crappie in the southern end of the lake
I find the bite is better when the sun is going down. My profile pic and the other bass pic are from there. Shinners seem to work well. And yes, once you are on the crappie you can catch a boat-load.
If you guys dont mind me asking, I'm from East Longmeadow and are you guys shore fishing or boat? If its shore mind sharing in a PM where it is, I only go to Turner Park for shore fishing in Longmeadow at the moment
