The truth is we already did.
The problem we’re up against.
Not everyone is on the same page.
You need wheels and telescopic legs. Lock the legs. It already crawls and neels.
You need a 360 degree angle with zoom and night vision. It needs warning sensor(s)
CO2 and so on. Into all but some should have a drone feature. It can pick up and
fly at any time. The props are prone to break. They can work hand in hand. The
Robotics team.
The mentoring is tricky. 10 years passed and it is NOT NEW!! It is DIFFERENT!!
What you’re doing is monitoring the behavior of the proby. You can NOT have
him adjust to someone’s work that has 10 years in the field. Where he left off
in his technical training. That’s where you continue. If he gets stuck. Which the
newbie tech definitely will. The head tech will make it work YOU HAVE NO CHOICE!!
Some questions will need to be asked for the reason.certain commands have changed
with the software he is using. If the tech show arrogance or is pompous. This is
you warning signal.
Am I training Steve Jobs or Timothy McVeigh.
What the proby is doing. You have done repeatedly and preparing the newbie
for when you retire. The truth is you never retir3. Once a season you need to
show your ugly tired retired azz face.
I always set up the first machine and leave it running after putting all of the
work on the computer together. After that I have someone else set up another
machine with the work(i) did. When it first starts. The machine ALWAYS needs
to be adjusted. Now I’m aware of the techs trouble shooting skills and most
important the operator’s DEMEANOR.
Now get lost you morbid mother luvers!!
