| Before it became a pay site, I regularly went on CTFisherman.com. I don't know if the moderator contacted the DEP direct or the site was used by one of the officers, but they held a forum for a DEP official to answer questions from members and make general observations. It was a very popular area. Most of us want to take part in the outdoors properly and this allowed ambiguities to be eliminated. |
