After a string of hot, sunny days — such as the region has experienced lately — it’s time to break out the tackle and start pounding the region’s shallow, weedy, stump-filled ponds for largemouth bass, where the catching can be fast and furious.

Clear, shallow, rapidly warming shallows often attract schools of spooky bass that blast off, leaving multiple wakes upon sensing a passing boat or something as minor as the splash of a lure.

MMMmmm I like the promise of catching fish is allways nice to hear... Seeing how ive got a box of nice bright shiney clean lures after my last trip out washing then up I should be ready for a wicked good day of fishing tomorow....thanks for the hopeful reading.....YEEE-Haaa ....it be hookin time Go Fish
