Bass Was Slow on Easter

Air temp was below 45, water temp was 45 and the wind was biting. I was throwing Pike lures...nothing. Then tried for Bass...nothing...then tried for Crappie, nothing but I cought a few Bass on Crappie Jigs. Spring patterns are confusing!

I know, I didn't catch anything this season until april.
