Started fishing #3 spinners with no luck. Changed to a 1/4oz. Boyant, and on the second cast had a hookup and lost the fish. I landed 2 fish and lost a few with alot of hits and follows. The Dam was opened about 12:00 and with the high water the fish shut down. I talked to other anglers and some trout 15+ inches were also caught. It was a great day on the river.
