Does anyone on here make their own lead jig heads

I'm looking to purchase a bunch so if you or anyone you know can make something like this please let me know.

You can buy them in bulk on ebay for almost cost, or if you really go through a ton of them, get a mold. I usually get a bunch and powdercoat different colors.
