On February 22nd, 2009, the CT RI Saltwater ly Fishers will hold their 2nd annual Fly Tying Consortium. This is a free event where anyone can sit down and tye their favorite patterns fresh or salt. Take a fly tying lesson or just watch some of the top fly tyers create fish catching patterns.
The event will be held at the South Kensington Fire House on RT 71 in Kensington CT.
