| Ingredients: | 1 lb. fish fillets 1 tbsp. mayonnaise 6 tbsp. fine, dry bread crumbs 1/2 tsp. paprika Non-stick vegetable cooking spray |

| Directions: | Brush fish all over with mayonnaise. Roll in combination of bread crumbs and paprika. Spray foil-covered pan with cooking spray. Arrange fillet on pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Serve with lemon wedges. |
