Does anyone know of any tournements or carp fishing groups, etc. in the Hartford Ct. area? I would appreciate any contact info or links. Thanks!

Rockyhill river park has put in the boating and fishing docks, and they are open now.

I caught the ugliest thing down at the river today. Never saw one and all the people that came over to look at this strange had never seen one! I looked it up on the web, pictures and all. Mudpuppy. 1 ...

Spent three hours from 9 to midnight behind the Duncan donuts on rte 3 in cromwell. Only thing was a 10 inch eel! Perhaps when the water warms a bit? Will explore river more towards the Ct. river.

Went to wethersfield cove Thursdayafternoon. Schoolies are behind the DMV parking lotOff to the right where the grass meets the water. Coming in to shore and tearing up baitfish in 4" of water!

Monday and the water is back up higher than it was two days ago, compensating for the tide too! When will it end?

Keep checking the water level at Rockyhill river park. It's down from thr bench seats a bit, still lapping at the edge of the parking lot.
