Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 20 mins
Ingredients: lemon pepper, garlic, salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil, cheyanne powder
Directions: cut fillet in half vertically. over a low flame on the grill, peice of tin foil with all 4 sides rolled up to keep from spilling the ingredients. add extra virgin olive oil, lemon pepper, diced garlic, and cheyanne powder to tin foil before outting the striped bass in. after 8 mins. flip and wait 8 more mins. turn flame all the way down for last 4 to 5 mins. after done add salt and pepper and enjoy
