| Directions: | Take the fillet and dry.....smear wasabi on top of fillet "Not too thick" Throw on grill "charcoal preferable" scale side down...let cook almost all the way through fish at medium low heat. Then for the last 3-5 minutes, cook on wasabi side until it gets crusty....mmmmmm | |
