| Directions: | Ever try batter frying fish only to have the batter fall off in the fryer? A little trick I have learned is to batter your fish in the normal way and then place them in the freezer until they are firm. Then take the frozen battered fish and drop them in the deep fryer. I tried this with great success. Hope you have as good of results as I have. Dave |
