There were a ton of people at the picnic area. Very loud, family swimming area. They rent canoes and kayaks at $10-15/hour. The pond had so many weeds it was impossible to catch much. Only caught a tiny pickerel. Not your quiet R&R spot. |

There is a ton of weeds in this pond, and i only took two small bass. There is some nice views, but there is quite a bit of human traffic, considering i was there in the early spring, and there were 2 cannoes fishing and sevral yaks. There was also tons of people hiking, and if your looking for a place to get away this is not it... |

Lots of access for shore fishing. Nice hiking as well. |

This is a great place to spend the day at. Lots of room for different activities. Has a refreshment stand and excellent fishing. Take a canoe or kayak if you have one. |
