| Ingredients: | 2 medium sized haddock fillets 1 tablespoon butter 1/4 cup hot salsa dash pepper |

| Directions: | Preheat the oven to 375. Lightly butter two separate pieces of heavy duty foil. Place one haddock fillet into each piece of foil. Lightly coat top of each fillet with butter and a dah of black ground pepper. Next pour 1/8 cup on each fillet. Seal up each piece of foil into a pouch and back in oven for 25-35 minutes until fillet is flaking white. |
