| Ingredients: | potato, flour, butter, egg, seasoning, salt, pepper, milk, water | |
| Directions: | grade up potato w/ cheese grader. add four, milk, egg bit of water, seasoning, salt, pepper for taste. Mix well. Then pour the mix into bowl w/ potato in it. Form potato cakes on to hot pan. Let brown flip, do the same. | |
