VT trip

Wed. 16th we hit Bensons landing at champlain. Very windy. I got skunked, but Bob got 8 bass and 2 pike with White spinnerbait and flaphogs in watermelon. Lunker was a 3-10 Lgmouth. Some on ledges,markers and weedlines. Thursday was St.Catherine with only 7 bass and 4 pike with me adding to the catch that day. White spinnerbaits and Lucky fat shad in white worked well with a 3-6 Lgmouth as lunker. friday back to champlain at LaBraes with 35 mile winds again. Confused

We put up with it till 11:30 then quit for the day. 2-2 smallie for lunker and only the white baits produced. sat. Back to bensons Landing to get 6 bass and 2 pike 4lb smallie in the first few casts for lunker of the day. White cranks and flaphog seems to be the only thing that works up here this week. Sunday we fished till 10 at St.Catherine for two dinks and a small pike. This lake has gone down hill fast these past few years. the day of 30 fish per boat are gone. Evil or Very Mad

Yep keep pumping the milfoil poison in boys it sure isn't working for the fish.
