I have a mercury two stroke 25HP with a quicksilver throttle side mount. The dog paws resting on the tilt pin won't release when I put the throttle in forward position to lift motor. Cable moves forward but doesn't engage the paws enough to lift them. Not a problem until today. Any answers,go to sites or diagram info on adjusting cable would be great help if that's the problem. Any feedback would be appreciated.
