Went to the upper thames river in norwich and fished out of the state park, right near the intersection of the two rivers. Tried large inline and saftey pin spinner baits verrrrrry slow and nothing. Threw a few deep rapala's and then a bottom gobie. I also gave the dropshot a go, but there was way to much current to hold bottom with the 3/8 lead that i had. Needless to say, not so happy.  |

| I've caught some fishing right from the wharf downtown and casting up around the boat slips. Just a super fluke or something on a jig head and almost dead sticking it. |

| Yeah I been tossing out there at night doing the fluke lure and no luck yet myself. Maybe as the days start getting a bit longer it will pick up more |
