| Although I fish these 2 ponds for bass I have seen several large carp ranging from 16 " to over 25" ( this is my estimation from sightfishing). It is located off of Rt 99 in rocky hill where the firestation is, take a right if approaching from middletown/cromwell or a left if from wethersfield. The higher pond is where the larger fish are. but the lower pond has some good size bluegills and crappie. the lower pond has bass but they are all juvenile and I have yet to catch one over 5". |

What size bass have you caught on the higher pond? Just curious- always looking for new bodies of water to fish. |
