Bob and I decided to give the fluke a break and do some summer time bassin. Powers doesn't have any deep holes so we found 10ft and weeds and landed some fish. I got the first two on watermelon sencos at 2.5 a piece. Bob pulls in the dink of the day of 6" on a waki rig. Then pulls in a 5-13 lber on a black senco. : Hit or miss all day long, but managed 7 for the day most around 2-3 lbers. Water was 81 degrees and no topwater bite at all. Back to the salt next week. |
