3 DEP Fish Tank Trucks at Wethersfield Cove 5/17/2010

3 Large DEP Fish Conservation trucks were at Wethersfield Cove today taking out fish. Whats going on?

There have been reports of thousands of alewives spawning in the cove.
I have to believe it is probably an experiment to increase the population.
That's my guess
