Candlewood Lake

Going to spend a weekend on Candlewood Lake in October, looking for some suggestions of area's to fish. Like to troll, drift fish or still fish. Just looking for suggestions of productive areas.

Candlewood is an awesome fishery! I took a 3day fishing trip there a couple years ago in Spring. Caught fish everyday plenty of smallmouth and largies ..the biggest a 4lb Larry on a jerkbait.. Fish drop offs, docks, and weed lines! Tubes, Spinnerbaits, jerkbaits and swimbaits! Good luck!
