Today my family and I went down to the RI shore (Weekapaug) for some beach time and, of course, fishing. Between my stepfather and I we hooked up on Fluke, Porgy, Black seabass, a Northern Grizzly searobin (we thought it was a bass!), and a lone triggerfish. We fished mainly squid on a three-way swivel and double-hooks. I think most guys call this a "Porgy Rig". My stepda caugt a fluke and the searobin with a tiny super-fluke. Great day; could've been better weather, but who's keepin' track?

Monitoring the weather right now. Check back at 3:00am. Don't mind a few showers, but want to avoid the thunderstorms.
