Long Island Sound's newest fishing tournament will be held on Saturday, June 30 and Sunday, July 1, 2012 on the Sound. Anglers of all ages can register now for the "Westbrook Inshore Striped Bass Open," a "catch-and-release" tournament for slot size between 28-inches and 36-inches in length.
The two-day Open will be held rain or shine at Westbrook Marine Center, 533 Boston Post Road (Route 1) next to the "singing bridge" in Westbrook, Conn.
