How do those river cats taste anyway???? 
MAN !!! thats a fine bunch of kittys .......break out the fryer its hush-puppy time. Cats are one of the best over looked eating fish out there I think there yummie ...skinning thems so easy just need a pair of plyers and it pulls off like a rubber glove. Enjoy your feast mate looks like a good 1
I have to put cats close to the top of best eatin CT freshwater fish, behind trout...which for some reason I couldnt catch with a .45 in a bathtub. You may not want to dine on too many CT river cats, but if your 40 or so, the PCB's wont kill you before whatever's really gonna kill you will. Unfortunately, the fun of cat fishing I remember is building a little fire, having a couple, and propping up a bunch of poles sporting chicken livers. Not many places you can do that anymore.
