Hit the New London area again yesterday solo and had my limit in 2 hours, I guess the fish are starting to feel the pressure.
Big fish was 20" about 6 pounds, all on half greenies and a single Gami #4 octopus hook and 3 oz of lead.
Strange thing tho...the bite was crazy, I landed my largest fish and the bite STOPPED...nothing, nada, like a great white just rolled through or something, never seen a bite die like that before.
I know seals will kill a bite pretty quick, maybe that's what happened, I normally see them tho.
