| Ingredients: | *your favorite fish really. i use talapia but you use whatever you like. *8x8 pan *Shake n Bake (Parmesan Crusted) |

| Directions: | preheat your oven to 400. bread your fish lay in ungreased pan (i use a glass one) put in oven for 20 minutes |
|
| Other Notes: | You can use any kind of fish you want. I use Talapia. When you bread your fish use a bowl instead of the bag so the fish wont fall apart. Its a quick meal and smells so good. It will taste like you spent hours in the kitchen! |
