| Ingredients: | Northern Pike, Onion, Garlic, Green onion, oil for pan, 2tbl spn butter and salt and pepper | |
| Directions: | chop onion green onion and add chopped garlic. put all in pan w/ a bit of oil to coat pan. Saut'e for a few min take your Pike filet add salt and pepper to them add to pan. Cook untill flaky. remove Pike add melted butter to sauted veggies. Then add veggies on top of the Pike. | |
