Norwich Harbor Fishing Report

Norwich Harbor

I headed over to the harbor today,
Fished the boat launch and threw a few lines to no avail, meanwhile watching guys hooking up cast after cast, over on the cop shop side, but way to many guys there, got a little frustrated, sooo I headed over to the big dock, and i guess the whole hour i wasted at the launch, the guys on the big dock were bringing in about 30-40 fish, but slowed down when i got there. talk about a bad omen. oh well cant just post when i catch .
but it was nice to meet Bob, "Aqualung" who did quite well.

Norwich Harbor big dock Catch

Water Type: saltwater
Type of Fish: Striped Bass
Bait Details: Same as every one else but should have been using a larger
jig head maybe 1 oz, current was ripping and noticed people bumping the bottom to hook up
