grilled bluefish Recipe for Bluefish

Title: grilled bluefish
by newenglandangler
Type: Entree
Servings:
Difficulty: Easy
Prep Time: 40 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients: Bluefish, milk, mayonnaise, bread crumbs, onions, salt, and lemon.
Directions: As you know, bluefish is very oily and tastes fishy. So to lessen this, soak the meat in milk for about a good half hour. Then coat it with mayonnaise, bread crumbs, and onions. About 1/4 of an onion will do. Next, wrap it in tin foil and put it on the grill. Setting the grill temperature will depend on the size of the bluefish you are cooking. I just set it to high due to the fact that I was cooking a large bluefish. Grill the bluefish for about 20 minutes. Once the 20 minutes are up, you should be good to go. Afterward, sprinkle some salt, and/or squeeze some lemon on the fish to make it taste better. So if you catch some bluefish, I suggest trying this recipe, as it is relatively easy and very tasty.
